The Hotel was overall good. The best thing was the food, very delicious. However the cleanliness was not the best. Our first room's toilet was not touched after the previous guests I believe. There were brown stains on the toilet seat and the water in it had some toilet paper particles left. It was very dirty. We told the reception and they changed the room. The second room had two big bugs at night, but we did not want to report it again. The dishes were not very clean either. If we don't consider the cleanliness, location is okay, food was the best. I find it very expensive compared to other clean places in Heviz where I've stayed earlier.

It was ok,price is ok,it would be ok that you renew the furniture because it is outdated,also we are from Croatia,first neighbors of Hungary and it would be nice too look croatian programs on TV.You could also have a bigger parking place.

Bardzo miła ,sympatyczna i pomocna obsługa. Dobre i obfite posiłki. Plusem dość duże pokoje. Basen sauny w cenie. Jedyny minus to łazienki w pokojach, trochę zniszczone . Armatura sanitarna do wymiany. To nasz drugi
pobyt w tym hotelu i powinny być jakieś drobne zniżki dla stałych klientów.

Excellent service

The hotel is nice. I would like to emphasize kindnes, serviceability and cooperation of your staff. The only thing that bothered us was unpleasant smell from time to time. Perhaps from thermal water. Endline is that we were satisfied.

v hotelu jsme byly již po třetí a jsme s ním spokojené. Hotel splňuje ohodnocení 3*. Velmi dobrý welness, přístupný pro všechny hosty, ubytované v hotelu. Je moc dobré, že je v hotelu bazén s termální vodou. I když do Hévízského jezera to není daleko. Polopenze je podávána formou botatého bufetu. Každý host si může vzít to, co mu chutná a vyhovuje. Jen ty saláty jsou téměř všechny moc ostré a všechny jsou s jogurtem, který já nemohu jíst. Ale i přesto hodnotím stravu jako dobrou.

We visited your hotel for the fifth time. And we could'nt be more satisfied with our Holiday. Thanks for everything.

Starší hotel, ale na velmi dobré úrovni personál, restaurace, jezdíme pravidelně a vždy spokojenost.

Hotel is clean but old, food is good, i liked the sauna and pool.

Ljubazno osoblje, hrana raznovrsna i prilagođena svačijem ukusu. Hotel je manji pa nema gužve. Bazen sa ugodnom temperaturom vode i jakuzi ispravan pali se po želji gostiju. Nadam se ponovnom dolasku.

We were verry satisfied. Room was clean and warm, with good noisw isolation (there was no noise, i refer on wall thicknes 😉), bed was confortable, food verry good (we asked for vegan options and they even prepear desert for us). The hotel staff was polite, they speak english and german, there was no problem with comunication. Our dog was with us with fee.
One thing that can be improved is smoking space, smoke is retained because there is no good air flow.

Improvement potential.
1. One drink included in the evening meal for half board
2. The steam room wasn’t functioning properly the whole week
3. All the wellness facilities- cold dip, sauna, thermal pool, infra red cabin, thermal cabin etc need to be kept clean throughout the day.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Before my arrival I asked you if you provide gluten free food and you told me that you do. When I came, all I get was gluten free bread at the breakfast. I was very disappointed.
