Spacious, well-equipped hotel, clean rooms and helpful staff. A swimming pool is available. Weaker communication in a foreign language.

Our expectation of a 4-star hotel ($$) and the issues with our room are not the reasons for the 3-star rating. It was the non-willingness of customer service and their ability to help resolve our issues. The air conditioning in the room did not work and it was 100 degrees F, the refrigerator did not work, and the TV did not work (although it was fixed).

wir waren 6 Tage im größten Zimmer vom Hotel. Seit dem neuen Management gibt es einiges zum aussetzen.
Zimmer hatte eine art Küche, es war nur 1 Wasserkocher da und paar Tassen und Teller (die waren aber dreckig)
Im Bad haben die Fugen schwarzen Schimmel. Duschkopf von der Whirlpool Badewanne war komplett defekt, viele Beschädigte Teile z.b. Bad Tür. Reinigungskräfte haben nur Klopapier aufgefüllt und Handtücher getauscht, es wurde nie gestaubsaugt oder ähnliches. Frühstück war auch nicht mehr so gut wie vor 2 Jahren. Rostiger Toaster, Plätze außen waren immer dreckig vom Vortag.
Wir waren sehr darüber enttäuscht, dass es diesmal so schlecht war. Das war leider das letzte mal das wir in dem Hotel urlaub machen.

Wonderful and peaceful hotel! We had a very good time with friends and breakfast and dinner were delicious. Beds were very comfortable. We all recommend this hotel!

A very good place for a holiday if you are looking for a hotel with a swimming pool and spa. Close to the center and shops. Rooms clean and spacious, friendly service.

I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be modern and the staff highly responsive. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast and dinner options.

Nice hotel, nice staff, good location for our stay. We rented the spa suite, but the spa didn´t work as it should have done. 2 of the 5 days, there was no hot water in the spa or in the shower. The aircondition didn´t work (it was 26° outside). So absolutely not the money worth for us

Love the place and full size swimming pool that made my day every morning.

Small this to improve. The water under shower never was hot, it was warm enough for a quick shower :)

Everything was as we expected: friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, good and satisfying food, bicycles for rent in good condition, ok pool and last but not least, decent prices.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and good food. Personal is OK, most are friendly. Except for the swimming centre are no sport activities offered.

Good hotel, I will rate it as a 3 star one. The staff was friendly, pets are allowed both in rooms and to the restaurant (if you sit outside).

Free parking
Half board with delicious and rich meals
Nice balcony with table and chairs
Free entry to the pool and spa
Large spacious but very basic room (no kettle and coffee corner)
Basic Maintenance In some rooms, there is a water leak that inflates the unlockable bathroom door

Cosy hotel. Modern, clean, great swimming pool. I have only missed some vegetarian food for dinner.
